The origins of the company go back to the beginning of 1930, when Mr. Celso Álvarez Martínez, grandfather of the current CEO, emigrated from Spain to Mexico. He brought together a group of young professionals to solve the construction necessities of a wide group of Spanish born entrepreneurs taking their first steps in the food industry in Mexico City.
